City Clerk/Secretary of the Commission

The City Commission appoints the Secretary of the Commission at its regular meeting in January each year. The secretary shall have charge and custody of the city records and attend all the meetings of the City Commission except that part of any meeting which, under the laws of this State, is authorized to be closed to the public. She shall keep accurate minutes of the proceedings of the City Commission and other duties as specified in the Charter or as outlined in the job description.
