DDA stands for "Downtown Development Authority".
All downtown development authoritys are governed by Georgia State Law. The primary goal for the DDA is to revitalize and redevelop the central business district and promote for the public good and general welfare trade, commerce, industry and employment opportunities by creating a climate favorable to commerce.
