The Community House
The Community House is a local favorite for large events. Built in the 1930's, the building overlooks Big City Park. The grounds are nicely landscaped and a large rock fountain graces the front lawn, making it a popular place for outdoor weddings.
The Community House is the largest of our facilities with 2,500 sq ft of space on each level. The newly renovated building features a commerical kitchen and an elevator. The entry hall greets your guest with a stone stacked fireplace. (Please note all the fireplaces are non-functionable.)
The Main Hall is 60x40 and is spacious enough for weddings, receptions or dancing.
The Lower Level Hall is 60x40. The walls are made of local granite and has heart of pine support logs. The carpeted floors and large stone fireplace makes it an intimate setting.
The Community House has an occupancy of 300.

Cornelia Depot
Conveniently located
in the center of town, the historic Cornelia Depot is perfect for small gatherings on the weekends and/or evenings. The Depot

has 2 large rooms, one of which is furnished with items from Cornelias’ railroading past.
Two vintage cabooses are located on nicely landscaped grounds.

The Depot has plenty of parking and is handicap accessible.
The Depot costs $150/day & has an occupancy of 60 (1320sq ft).
